Spirasi could not do the work we do without the support of our generous donors. Whatever you give, it will help give victims of torture, hope help and a future.
Without the help of Spirasi I would not be where I am today. Spirasi helped me to deal with the mental health changes I was going through for year caused by torture in my house country and a prolonged stay in the direct provisions. I was depressed, sad and lonely. In Spirasi I found a friend, a comforter and someone who listened when I needed to talk to someone. I was also equipped with skills to deal with my mental challenge, losses, and difficulties. I would attend therapy sessions for every fort night for four years. To everyone that support Spirasi I would like to express my gratitude for the amazing work you are doing for vulnerable individuals and families.
